In case of a new job offer, you need to update the express entry profile in your account which should include start date, employer name, and address, labor market impact assessment number, and code of national occupational classification. The offer that you will receive must be under the time of 1 year as it must be recent, the similar offer letter can not be used that you have already used for the work permit. The letter must be in writing as no oral agreement will be accepted by the immigration officer at a higher level due to the constraint of this agreement. It should not be from any embassy or high commission.
The details should be mentioned in the offer letter for the job pay and the deductions, job duties, and conditions of employment such as hours of work. It should be a valid offer letter that is accessible by the higher authorities.
It will be a valid offer letter if it is full-time and it is non-seasonal, for at least one year, in a skilled job level A or level B in the National occupational classification.
