Other Relatives Sponsorship
A Canadian Citizen or a PR holder can sponsor a blood relative or relative by adoption for a Visa and the Federal system will take into consideration the required updates and the application will be submitted for review and processing.
The Canadian system allows the Citizen of Canada, PR holder of Canada to sponsor any relative who is related to them by blood or adoption and is now an orphan. This includes orphaned sister, brother, nephew, niece, or grandchild if they meet the conditions mentioned by the federal law and satisfy the Visa office on the authenticity of their application.
The requirements are, that the person must be related to the sponsor by adoption or by blood relation. The mother and father both are expired and now this child depends on the sponsor. The applicant is under the age of 18 years and the person is not married and must be single in the eyes of law.
We will guide you in this process and will help you to process your application in a manner that we put our efforts into for success.
