The validity of your passport should be equivalent to or more than the entire length of the time PGWP. To apply for the post-graduation work permit either from inside or outside Canada till the time you are eligible with the terms and conditions of the visa requirements. After finishing the graduation you get up to 180 days to apply for it. The confirmation that is required includes- the completion of the program with the required attendance. The name of the program that you have completed, and the length of the program that you have attended. These things need to be confirmed with the higher authorities.
There might be a case when your study visa might get expired before the marks have been provided to you in that case you need to apply for the visitor record to stay in the country for longer and can apply for the further procedures, or there is an option available that you can leave Canada and apply for the PGWP process from outside the country named Canada.
These can be confirmed after submitting the degree or diploma you have received, your transcript, or you can also submit an official letter from your school where you have completed your course.
